This is my progress/fitspo blog
I want to stop being feeble and chubby, and work towards a lean, toned muscular physique.
I want to be ripped, I want abs and biceps.
To achieve this goal, I will be going to the gym at least twice a week, swimming at least twice a week, and doing other various cardio and muscle training.
I am also eating more healthily and sticking to a 1200 calorie per day limit (allowing for extra when my daily exercise permits it)
